Agency Sales Executive

We’re adding an Agency Sales Executive to our Sales team at Signal, someone who can provide broad industry expertise and build deep relationships with Agency Executives and Agency Client Management teams. We are looking for smart, ambitious people who are passionate about revolutionizing the way marketing works.

We’re building a world-changing business, and we need world-class talent to achieve our vision. This individual will set the strategic tone for the Agency vertical and take ownership of revenue generation, develop new opportunities, manage pipeline, and close Agency deals.

So what will you be doing?

  • Develop and nurture strategic relationships within the Agency vertical and become their trusted advisor & consultant
  • Understand Agency and Agency clients’ goals and help them meet their objectives by providing strategic guidance and demonstrating through leadership and innovation to enhance
  • Present the value of Signal and our services to top decision-makers and executive-level stakeholders, and close deals
  • Mobilize a broad team through a complex sales cycles and move customers through the various stages of the sales cycle
  • Construct, forecast, manage and grow sales activity and pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals
  • Vet key opportunities from existing pipeline as well as generate new business leads
  • Build momentum among various stakeholders, influencers, and gatekeepers within the organization
  • Partner closely with internal delivery teams to grow customer satisfaction to ensure repeat business and new introductions to key Agency clients

What do we need from you?

  • 6+ years working in the digital media/marketing space (Agency/DMP/DSP /RTB/Attribution/Ad Servers) or in a Saas company
  • Successful track record of selling AdTech/MarTech solutions into Agencies
  • Record of meeting and exceeding quota (consistent top 20% performer)
  • Demonstrated strategic and analytical sales approach with focus on building relationships with client
  • Closed complex sales cycles in competitive markets
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Proven relationship builder. You have excellent people skills, are a natural leader, and have experience consulting and influencing customers up to the executive level
  • Highly motivated, self-sufficient and able to operate autonomously. You demonstrate the ability to launch initiative, take ownership and follow through
  • Willingness to travel

  • Entrepreneurial and focused. You are excited to own your own vertical and have demonstrated you are the master of building and managing your pipeline, creating and sustaining sales momentum

  • Technically adept. You know your way around SalesForce, Join.Me, and PowerPoint and are excited to learn about new technologies
